At Zahman Prime LLC, every client relationship is important. While many of our sales involve bulk and liquidation merchandise, which are traditionally final sale, we believe in fairness, transparency, and doing our best to meet you halfway when concerns arise.
2. 30-Day Return Window – Because Peace of Mind Matters
We offer a 30-day return policy for eligible purchases, starting from the date your order is delivered. If you receive items that are significantly different from what was described, damaged, or incorrectly shipped, please contact us promptly. We will assess the situation and provide appropriate solutions, including returns, refunds, or exchanges, depending on the issue.
3. When Returns Are Accepted
We strive to provide clear product manifests and descriptions. However, we recognize that mistakes can happen, and when they do, we take full responsibility. Returns may be accepted in the following cases:
- You received a product that was materially different from what was described or listed.
- Your order was incomplete, and the discrepancy exceeds the standard ±5% variance commonly accepted in bulk sales.
- The merchandise arrived in damaged condition due to handling or shipping, and it affects your ability to use or resell it.
If your situation falls within these conditions, we encourage you to reach out to our support team at sales@zahmanprimellc.com within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate the return process. We’ll guide you step-by-step.
4. Easy & Hassle-Free Return Process
Here’s how the return process works:
- Contact Us: Email sales@zahmanprimellc.com with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and photos if applicable.
- Evaluation: Our team will review your claim within 2-3 business days and respond with the next steps.
- Return Authorization: If approved, we’ll issue a Return Authorization and provide details for shipping the items back to us.
- Return Shipping: In the case of confirmed errors or damage, we’ll cover the cost of return shipping.
- Refund or Exchange: Upon receiving and inspecting the returned items, we will process a refund or arrange for an exchange within 5-7 business days.
5. Exchanges – Your Options Matter
In certain cases, rather than returning the item for a refund, you may prefer an exchange. We’re happy to offer a replacement or a similar product of equal value, depending on availability. If no suitable replacement is available, a refund will be issued.
6. Order Cancellations – Flexibility Where Possible
We understand that circumstances change. If you need to cancel your order, please let us know within 24 hours of placing it. If the order hasn’t been processed or shipped, we will cancel it at no cost to you.
If cancellation is requested after 24 hours, we’ll do our best to accommodate your request. In such cases, a minimal administrative fee may apply, but we’ll always discuss this transparently with you first.
7. Situations Where Returns May Not Apply
While we strive to be as accommodating as possible, please note that liquidation and bulk sales often carry inherent risks due to the nature of the merchandise. Returns may not be applicable in the following cases:
- The issue falls within the acceptable ±5% variance for manifested loads.
- The goods were sold As-Is, and this was clearly communicated and agreed upon at the time of purchase.
- The return request is made after the 30-day window.
